Revitalise Your Skin with Morpheus8

Morpheus8 is a fractional radio-frequency microneedling treatment that stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, tissues of the face and body can be remodelled to reveal a more radiant youthful appearance. Morpheus8 can provide both deep tightening and surface rejuvenation. The results are considered the gold standard in skin tightening.

Morpheus8 can be used on any areas that can benefit from resurfacing, fat remodelling, and sub-dermal renewal. The most commonly treated areas include the face, periorbital area, abdomen, thighs, legs and buttocks.

How long does it take to see results?

After the first Morpheus8 treatment, changes in both outer and underlying skin layers begin immediately. You’ll notice an improvement in skin texture and quality within just a few days.

Gradually, over the next 3 months, your body will produce more collagen and elastin, and tissue remodelling will take effect, resulting in tighter, brighter skin with enhanced contours.

The rejuvenating effects of Morpheus8 are long-lasting and may last for years, although the natural ageing process may impact them. Maintenance sessions are required to upkeep results.

How long will the results last?

It’s challenging to predict, the treatment should have long-term effects. There are several factors that affect how long the results last, including lifestyle, diet, genetics, and more.

It’s important to note that no treatment or surgery can provide permanent results because the skin will continue to age over time. Eventually, the skin may relax and loosen again. Therefore, it is important to upkeep maintenance treatments for ongoing results.

How long does the treatment take to complete?

Each session takes about 60-90 minutes to complete. Additional time will be required for the application of anaesthetic to ensure you are as comfortable as possible during treatment.

What is the downtime?

Minimal downtime is expected, but there may be slight redness, swelling, and pinpoint marks on the skin for up to 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that downtime will also depend on the intensity/strength of the treatment and the depth of the needles.

What is the aftercare post Morpheus8?

To ensure proper aftercare post Morpheus8:

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF sunscreen on the treated area daily
  • Refrain from touching the area for 48 hours and keep it moisturised using a gentle moisturising lotion
  • Make-up can be used after 1-2 days. To reduce initial heat and swelling, cool compresses can be applied

It is recommended to follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.
