Strict cancellation and no-show policy
Our clinic has a strict cancellation and no-show policy in place to ensure efficient use of our resources and timely service for all our clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting for our services. Failure to provide sufficient notice (48hrs) for cancellation or rescheduling will likely result in being charged a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is due to the inability to allocate that time to another patient.
In case of a no-show, where you fail to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice, we also reserve the right to charge this $100 cancellation fee, and future bookings may be refused.
We always send a reminder message 72 hours prior to your appointment. This gives you ample time to notify us of any changes.
Right to refuse service
Medical practitioners in Australia are required to provide medical treatment to patients who seek their services, but we have a right to refuse treatment if it is outside of our expertise or if it is medically inappropriate or unnecessary. In such cases, we may refer you to another practitioner or recommend an alternative course of treatment.
Arriving on time
Our policy regarding appointment times is that we highly value punctuality and request that patients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If patients are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge $100 cancellation fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if a delay is expected, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We strive to provide our patients with prompt and efficient care, and arriving on time helps us achieve this goal.
Makeup
It is highly recommended to arrive to appointments without any makeup on if you are having a skin treatment or medical treatments done, as this can help ensure that more time is allocated to performing the intended treatment rather than spending additional time on cleansing the face.
Refund policy
We understand that our patients invest time and money in their aesthetic treatments, and we strive to provide the highest level of care and service possible. However, due to the nature of our services and the products we use, we are unable to offer refunds for any treatments or products purchased at our clinic.
Our goal is to ensure that our patients are completely satisfied with their treatments and achieve their desired results. In the rare event that a patient is unhappy with their treatment, we encourage them to discuss their concerns with our team, who will work with them to address any issues and provide an appropriate solution.
We appreciate your understanding of our no refund policy, which is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality care and service to all of our patients.
No children allowed in treatment rooms
For safety reasons, we ask that children do not enter our treatment rooms as our work environments are not safe for them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all of our clients.
Gift cards
Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be used towards any treatment or product at our clinic. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please treat gift cards as cash, as lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you enjoy giving or receiving a gift card from our clinic.
Respect given to staff at all times
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all of our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse or disrespectful behavior towards our team members. Any such behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of treatment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and professional environment for our staff and patients.
